The following companies have been setup in InLattice for demonstration purposes.

Larry Smith of Larry's Landscaping and Garden Supply.

Features that can be viewed include:

1. Receiving invoices from multiple vendors like Organic Distributors,Nolan Hardware and Supplies. Incoming invoices can be posted as bills to Accounting Packages like QuickBooks, MS SBA with no data entry. Vendor can check the status of invoice they have sent. Benefits include;streamlined process, ability to pay invoices on time to get discounts,reduced data entry effort and data entry errors.
2. Ability to send invoices to customers like Middlefield Elementary School and Paxton Consulting. The invoices are uploaded from Accounting package for all the customers set up in InLattice. Attachments and notescan be added to the documents. You can also check the history of the invoice in Sent folder. History includes the date and time when customer viewed the document.
3. Ability to send purchase order and payment information to vendors.

Carol Corcoran of Middlefield Elementary School  - Customer of Larry's landscaping.

1. This account has been set up to provide the view of Customer Account Center user.When new invoices are viewed or printed by the customer, the status of the document changes from New to Open.
2. We can add multiple users to this company to approve the invoices on the web.

Michael Organ of  Organic Distributors, Inc.  - Vendor of Larry's landscaping.

Features that can be viewed include:

1. This account has been set up to provide the view of InLattice Vendor Portal user.Users can create new invoices on the web and send it to Larry's landscaping and can track the status.
2. Can receive PO, Payment data from the customer - Larry's Landscaping.
   

Please note that access to Accounting Package is disabled for demo accounts. Live accounts can Import and Post the data to Accounting Package.
