Create NACHA file with a click of a button - InLattice allows you to create NACHA file required for banks to process ACH transactions. NACHA file is created using Employee Paychecks, Vendor Bills or Customer Invoice data stored in QuickBooks. To process ACH payments, you will need to have an ACH account with your Bank.
Pay vendors through Direct Deposit - Similar to payroll, you can use this facility to pay your vendors through direct deposit. NACHA file can be generated based on vendor invoice or payment records created in QuickBooks. This process eliminates writing checks and mailing the same. Send email notifications to vendor about the direct deposit.
Process employee's payments through ACH - Import payroll and employee check information from QuickBooks and generate the NACHA file. This process eliminates writing checks and mailing the same. Send email notifications to employees about the direct deposit.
Process customer's payments through ACH - Customers can view the invoices on the web and authorize ACH payments or you can generate the NACHA file, based on the customer invoices, if customers have pre-authorized. This process eliminates receiving and depositing checks to banks or reduces the fees paid for credit card processing.
NACHA file generated by InLattice needs to be submitted to your bank for further processing.
